1. Unlike all the window “dealers” in the area who buy inexpensive mass produced windows and then mark up the price, we are the manufacturer, seller, and installer. Everything is done in house from start to finish. This allows us to sell a very high end, truly custom vinyl window at a reasonable price.

2. All of the local dealers install the mass produced “pop-in” plastic vinyl windows. They pop them in on top of the old frame. We custom manufacture our “un-plasticized” vinyl windows, then without damage to the house, pry out the old frames and install a truly custom fit window, that looks original to the house.

3. Our windows use full metal reinforcement on the entire frame and sash of the window. The other mass produced windows simply use a strip of aluminum at the meeting rails where the locks meet. This does not give enough support for larger window openings and over time can warp or sag.

4. Because we sell, manufacture and install all of our own products we have a “one call” full warranty. No more getting the run around when you call the dealer and he says call the installer, and the installer says call the manufacturer. No one wants to take responsibility for any post installation issue’s. We on the other hand are a manufacturer, as well as a licensed window contractor; we handle everything ourselves from start to finish.
